How can I try out your software?
Just download the D-POS installer onto your hard drive and double-click on it. Your browser will pop up a window asking if you want to Open or Save DPOS.EXE. Please select Save, after which you can specify where to put the installer (usually in the Desktop).

How do I install D-POS ?
The fastest way to use D-POS is by using our Quickstart Guide .
Then when you're ready to fully exploited D-POS' capabilities, you may start referring to your User Guide.

Where is the User Guide ? I can't find it everywhere
The User Guide is only available to those who have purchased D-POS.
If you need to find out D-POS in more details, the Quickstart Guide will be able to help you as well.

If I try the D-POS download will I have to start all over again after purchasing it?
No - all of your existing data will be preserved, no worries !

What hardware works with D-POS ?
D-POS works with most hardware, even cheap/old computers. One thing - D-POS need to print to parallel printer ports (usually known as LPT1 in Windows). If your computer doesn't have it, let us know .

How many network workstations can use D-POS ?
For each D-POS purchase, you're entitled for 1 user license. We are currently working on a multi-user license, which will be much more economical for multiple users. Let us know if you want to be notified when this is ready.

If I purchased your software, how long will it take to get it?
In only a few hours ! After we have received your payments, we will email you with the details on how to obtain the software and its documentations.

How can I trust you guys? I don't know you at all
You don't have to ! Your payment is processed by PayPal, so you just need to trust them. Being the biggest payment processor in the Internet, we think that's good enough for our customers.
